This is dry mascara formulation, which I select when you consider that I can be a little messy-surpassed. With toddlers, I want that quicker drying method over a wet system. It needs 2 packages for me, but I do virtually love the Lash Teasing Comb and wands. They both took a little being used too. Definitely still want to curl your lashes beforehand, but I do experience just like the curl holds well and the mascara remains placed for the whole day (for not being a waterproof mascara.) I for my part pick different manufacturers for extent + period. But this is a great mascara and I will virtually use the whole tube. The Lash Teasing Comb is designed in particular for keeping apart clumps, but I feel love it does not try this task thoroughly in case you want that delicate appearance. The comb locations extra mascara on the lash which you then need to additionally separate. The wand scares me to apply for the lowest and the internal corner lashes, so I'm glad it has the Lash Teasing Comb, because I can simply use that part rather.
