Yes, tiny with out a applicator device. What bothers me the maximum is it's miles NOT MATTE. It says Satin which I failed to word on one of the snap shots and it does have a few glitter in it--perhaps less than everyday. I'm too vintage for glitter. Unless you are a rock famous person you do not need glitter. I had examine 'tiny' within the opinions, but I thought if it was matte I could pay up. Not positive if I will ship it returned. It is high-priced for what you get.
