This eye pencil is a military blue however I honestly predicted it to be a lighter blue. That said, it still seems fine and is going on effortlessly. But like other reviewers have written, the point breaks without problems while applying, even if the use of simply the tiniest tip. That stated, I idea the rate became quite decent and the eyeliner is long lasting in the course of the day till I take it off at night time.
