I like a pair of factors about this eyeliner. First is that it's all day put on evidence--I can follow it once within the morning and it would not fade or smudge into my crease (but by some means it is smooth to dispose of with water). Second is that the military blue colour is certainly beautiful. It's a much much less harsh alternative to a black eyeliner, but it is not so apparent a blue that it stands proud as "blue!". Something approximately the blue really brightens and whitens my eyes, making them seem greater vibrant and healthy. Third, it's buildable. I can skinny it out right into a tender blue by smudging right after applying, or I can apply two times for a thicker and darker blue.
