I generally use the Cover Girl smooth blonde forehead pencil. I predicted this would be similar. The brow fill is going on satisfactory and clean. However, the smooth blonde is. It blonde at all. It is going on darkish brown. My natural brow as compared with soft blonde forehead fill.
