I observed a difference after the primary use, but I am so white the primary use simply makes me appearance quite flesh coloured as opposed to light as dying. It has a mild scent, however I do not mind it in any respect. It appears to dry pretty speedy, perhaps completely dry after 30-60min. It does have yellow undertones and my skin tone is clearly extra red so it does look a chunk peculiar to me and that is my one complaint.
