I feel like this ought to be cited. I ordered the product multiple days ago, and just were given it within the mail today. When I opened the bundle, there was NO PADS. I thought "Huh maybe you have got to buy the ninety smooth pads to apply with this liquid" however how wrong was I. Pictures covered.
