I love my M-60 shaver and use it every day (it works awesome disposing of new stubble round my beard, and it would not shave off the longer hair that I need to maintain). These replacement parts match my M-60, but not precisely, so my old shaver (that I purchased those substitute components for) is a lot noisier and does no longer shave quite as well. For a few greenbacks extra you could purchase an entire new shaver (that is what I ended up doing).
