I suppose there’s a quality stability among giving people pigmented shadows they could layer on and mix out (goof proof) and giving them a shadow that’s so pigmented that it has a small margin of blunders. I could also say that a number of the shadows experience tough to swatch. Rose Ember felt extraordinarily tough, more like pressed glitter?
