This mascara is easy to position on, and can be re-brushed to get rid of clumps fairly without difficulty... If you don't do that it is going to be quite clumpy. The product page says it is water-resistant, but I don't assume so. It is probably a little immune to tears... However water in the bathe takes it proper off. For the rate, I assume this below performs a bit. Made in Italy.
